Can´t Login into the App

Hi,

i am unable to Login into the App. I get the Ops There was a problem logging in error.
I am currently switching phones and this happens on both phones.I already reset the Password but this didn´t help either. The Login on the Facer Website works.
Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Try to clean the cache and uninstall the app and install back again

I cleared temp files, uninstalled the app on Windows 11, restarted the Laptop, and reinstalled Facer Creator for Windows. Still, I cannot log in through PC App; I can log in through the browser Facer Creator but not the app itself.
Still a bug. I tried to create a new account in the app also not possible. The l’ogin’ button or the 'Signup" button has no effect whatsoever.

Welcome @marco.dickel . This is a Public Community Forum . Check the response to the Topic you started on the Subject . Sadly I think you have to contact Facer Via Little Labs .
