Cannot view my favorites and cannot move them to my watchface

I cannot get to my watch box/favorites. So I can’t load any of them on to my watch.When I click on the little heart the page refreshes but remains blank.

Can you share a screenshot of that empty watchbox? That may help us understand what is happening.
