Cant install facer

Why i cant install facer app on my samsung gear s3. I was able to download to my phone but once im going to install it on my watch always say this app is not available for purchase.

I use this address to access Facer app in my S7 edge

Check if you can install latest update to ‘Galaxy Apps’, on your phone, which can install Facer from the smartwatch itself …
