Can't Make Purchases

When I try to upgrade to Facer Premium using the android app, the wrong account pops up with the charge. I am then not able to select the correct account to make my purchase. Google support tried to help, but were unsuccessful. They suggested I contacted Facer support. I sent a request to Facer support, but haven’t heard back from them. Has this happened to anyone else? Can any one help me fix this issue?
