one thing we recently noticed was white space slows down older watches a lot. if you want it to be more performant you should trim out the whitespace on left and right of the watch hand assets that is transparent since that adds a lot of overhead. The rule is if you aren’t using the pixels, you should trim them out. I just leave space below the hand so it still centers. It drastically improves performance.
