Creator hangs, can't edit any faces

Hi, just downloaded Creator last night (Windows 10) and created a new face. I got it “almost there” but then after a preview the Creator just…stopped working. All I get in the Creator now is a loading animation when I try to load up the face. I can preview it, so I know it’s “there”, but I can’t edit it.

I also can’t create a new face or load any other face, so I don’t think it’s anything specific to the face.

Restarted the app, rebooted the computer, waited overnight: no luck.

Any other suggestions?

Hmm… you “loaded” Creator means you downloaded the file? The downloadable version is very old. Try the web based version, it works fine:
