[Idea] Edit Watch Face Descriptions/Tags Without Republishing

If designers could edit their watch face descriptions and/or tags in Facer Android and/or on Facer Creator, we wouldn’t have to republish the whole watch face when we only need to update or copy edit descriptions and/or tags.

The update goes pretty quick though @pacingpoet as opposed to the original publish.
