Facer app logs me off randomly

So the apps logging me off randomly, so I hadn’t to log back on to go to my favorites.

Hi @geovanni68 - can you update to Facer 4.5.5 in Google Play and check if this is still happening? Thanks!

Facer was already using version 4.5.5, is there any other troubleshooting steps I can try?

I had a similar problem. Uninstalling and Re-installing solved the issue for me finally.

@geovanni68 before you do the uninstall/reinstall, can you try the following:

  1. Sign in
  2. Manually sign out by going into the app settings and tapping on Sign out
  3. Sign in again
  4. Kill and restart the app and see if it stayed logged in.
