Hi all - Samsung just informed us that there was a temporary issue in the Galaxy App Store making some apps not visible to all users. This issue should now be fixed. If you were having trouble finding Facer, could you try again now?

Still showing no results for me on search, but when I looked at currently installed apps, there was an update available.

I’m also having this problem. My phone is a Samsung s8 .I am in the US and trying to install on a Samsung gear 2. The companion app is missing. The link you provided doesn’t work either.

I’ve tried many times to get the facer app for my galaxy watch on the galaxy store bit to no available. No matter what link I click on the option to install it is there but every time I click it I get an error saying it can’t be installed.

I currently reside in the US. Miami to be exact.
I’m using the Samsung Galaxy watch.
I use a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

@kishinmukito sorry about that, you definitely should be able to install the app. I imagine you tried killing and restarting the Galaxy App Store app to see if it fixed it?

My phone is an iPhone 7 I have it paired with my galaxy watch when I try to use the link and it opens my galaxy store in the wearables app it just opens the home page

Hi Im from Iceland and I hafe the same issues.
Samsung S9+
Facer companion app was installed, and Facer watches working on my Samsung watch, but all of a sudden its not installed on watch, and not available in store. There is some other app but that is not working with weather and more, not good enough to use.
The download link that is posted here gives the same results, “… not available in this country.”
