Hi everyone, I’m new to designing. I have uploaded custom images to use for the hour and minute hands, and have a center dot. I want the images to rotate around the center dot, but they end up in weird spots on the watch face depending on the time of day.
I’d appreciate any help you can give me.

So if I hide the other components of your watchface, you can see that the hands rotate around the center from the middle of the middle (X and Y).
You correctly made the bottom-half of the tentacle image transparent so it appears that the tentacle comes out of the center point. Now just move the centerLINE of the tentacle to the center of the image you are uploading and that should do it.
