I’m really new to all this and I was trying to create just a really simple face. I just can’t figure out how to display my phone battery percent and watch battery percent. Can anyone help?

In the case you havent I want to pount you to the Documentation there you can find what you are looking for. More spefically here.
And event more specifically in the editor you want to create new text elements click the rocketship icon to open the advance settings and use the #BLP# as the text for the watch battery and #PBP# for the phone battery.
