Name of watch face to appear on watch

On my created watch face I put the name I am calling it in the background. However, when I transfer it to my Gear S3 Frontier the name on the face does not show up. Why is that?

Looks like it may be an issue with the glow effect on your text. Can you try and remove it and see if fixes it?

It shows up now without the glow effect. How is that an option if it doesn’t work? Really wanted that look.
