Hi im using this watch face (PRADO Design - Oreo Watch Face - watch face for Apple Watch, Samsung Gear S3, Huawei Watch, and more - Facer) on a gear s3, and the phone battery level will not update unless i open the facer app on the phone. leaving on in the backround dosnt work only when i open and if i go to another app it stops syncing. am i doing anything wrong here or is that the way it is supposed to work?
