Why does Facer not remember by my user name and password and ever time I must type in my credentials?

Clean facer cache, uninstall app and install it again

I had the similar problem (and many other problems at the same time) on my old tablet, but when I switched to a new phone it was gone (along with other problems). I think that some low spec devices (and the high ones that are overused too) sometimes lose this data for some reason.
I don’t have any real proof of that tho…

We haven’t been able to reproduce this on any of our devices on our side - only hint we have is that indeed if you clear your cache, it seems to work again.
@Mellin is it still happening on your tablet today? or any other low spec device you own?

I haven’t powered up my tablet for 2 months so I’m not sure, let me check.
