Yeah the Mixed Metric Rant was always on of my Favourites in the workshop . We went Metric in 1972 ( UK ) .We buy Fuel for our cars in Litres and drive on roads marked out in Miles . I don’t mind .I learnt that 1.6mm was near enough 1/16 of an Inch . Good enough for me .
