Days before and days after

Hello everybody. I wonder if anyone can help me with codes for 2 days before, and 2 days after. Because I have been using the code (#Dd#+1) for the day after, and (#Dd#-1) for the day before. But it didn’t work, because the problem is that at the end of the month and at the beginning of the month, this wrong information appears, as shown in the images I sent. These codes aren’t my strong suit!
