Error in app after reinstalling

Hi
I recently purchased a premium subscriptiont. Yesterday I could install paid watch faces. Today I uninstalled the app by mistake, I reinstalled it and logged in again. It tells that I have premium subscription but the watchfaces are still paid and ads are still shown. What can I do to solve this problem. I have reinstalled the app several times from the phone and the watch, the problem persisted.

Sorry you’re having that problem, but as @mrantisocialguy said, contacting Facer seems your best option.

I contacted them yesterday, they didn’t reply yet, are they slow to respond to emails?

I’ve no idea about that sorry, but I’m pretty sure they’ll deal with it as soon as they can. Sorry for your inconvenience
