I can confirm your situation. Very strange indeed.
I got a notification about your new watch face. I was then surprised that the sync button was greyed out:
Thatâs crazy!!!
Well, I made up a simple face just to see if it will publish and it did. So I redid this one, the one that wonât publish thinking that it might be the font I used so I changed the font to one of the default ones in the editor and it still wonât publish. I have inspection turned on if a couple of you could check it.
Did you build the New face from scratch . Sometimes the file picks up invisible errors . I have done that with trial and error on Formulas I do not understand . I had a face on WFS that had a rediculous memory load and I rebuilt it from scratch and reduced it from around 100mb to 10mb . I had reworked copies of the face several times to make other faces so it picked up invisible load on the way . I have had to rebuild a couple of Complicated Facer Faces from scratch over the years .

Yes this face is from scratch
???
Made this one last night ( ALL FROM SCRATCH ) and for some stupid reason this face wonât work with WFF. No errors or anything. Even the font is a default one. This shit is really getting ridiculous!!
I presume that is a ticket #. As you all know support has been busy with all the new WFF questions, so patience in waiting for replies is needed.
Was replying to facer supportâs comment with the ticket number of the support request i submitted.
Looking at PB-1498 . I can not see anything that is an issue quickly but wonder why you have many Layers duplicated that seem to be doing the same Job . Not that this would make a Publication Fail . Presumably you chose the NON WFF Template to start your work and when you try to publish switch of the WFF option .
.
@pinbal24 I have been reproducing some elements in what you have made including the Invisible GLOW with no errors on publication .
.
.
I sometimes use more than one layer of the same element for the shadow effect to make text stand out a bit more. I have done this many many times on my faces with no problems. I have never had an issue before the latest update.
Yeah I understand that but I wondered as they are the same colour each . Glow does not work on most watches other than Tizen . I tend not to use it . I donât know if you want me to carry on reproducing your work . What you might have to ask yourself is what is different between the face that Published and the one that Did Not .
Well, the last one I did with glow and doubling the layers is this one and it is supporting all the formats.
Yes . I see that published ok . It is interesting to me that the Debug number is back . Fix One Break One . . So there is little we can do if the Problem is Voodoo .
Well NOW this morning I cannot transfer faces from the editor to my watch.
So much for TRYING to make new faces and testing them out before publishing, oh wait, no clue if that even working yet.
I have always found that transfering faces from the web to my watch is hit and miss, however from my mobile phone always works
Iâm talking about before publishing it, straight from the editor
Yes and that . As @BIELITZ says sometimes it has to be done like that for me . I think there are a lot of server issues at the moment .Have you set the Facer Mobile app to your watch in Settings . Have you got the watch connected to Galaxy Wearable . I have WiFi and Bluetooth switched on as well .
