This will fix your date code to work with WFF:
American Date Tag: #DMMM# #Dd#, #Dyyyy#
United Kingdom Date Tag: #Dd# #DMMM#, #Dyyyy#

Ok… as of today 12-3-25, the issue seems to be resolved. I don’t know how, whether it was on Facer’s end or mine. I have been trying things for the last couple of weeks to fix it on my end. So I am not sure.
I did get an email yesterday from facer saying they hadn’t heard back from me and if this issue was resolved… so it was probably Facer who fixed it. I can’t find an email of them telling me they fixed it.
I have been updating older faces to comply with WFF OS6, and even yesterday the watch faces were not publishing live. But today they are. So that is a good thing. I am really happy.
Hopefully anyone else having issues publishing with WFF will now have no issues any longer. If it was Facer’s fix, I am very thankful for all of thier time. And thanks to everyone here, with all of your help. You are all awesome. I really appreciate this community.

Hello, I just sent a support ticket this morning. Any attempt to update my watch faces or create a new one results in a error that states the WFF is not met even though they were previously published with it checked. I had to remove the WFF to get them published. This just started happening today. It’s a real bummer as I really enjoy making faces, but now I can’;t even get them on my own watch. LOL Even trying to sync from the editor wont work. Hopefully this is just a temporary error that Facer support will fix soon. I love this as a relaxing hobby. @Facer_Official

Hi, I have the same problem, look at my topic about syncing problem

Yea, I had the same problem as well. It started out of no where a few weeks ago for me… even though I was getting all green checks for WFF. Then just a few days ago I was able to publish WFF again. I am not sure what resolved the issue.
Funny thing is I would get an email saying it was published live and I would get likes on the face, but on Creator Pro it only published as a draft for WFF on my PC.
I too had sent in a support ticket and they wanted video screen shots of the publish process. I am not sure if that helped, but somehow I think they resolved it. I was trying everything on my end with my computer with no change. I was getting great suggestions from here. I totally appreciated that.
My work around was to use a different device and my face would publish ok. I used a Samsung Tablet and a different Windows 11 PC. It was just one Windows 11 PC that it would not publish live on. Same network but only 1 PC was affected.
Of couse it is my main editing rig with the fastest hardware and super sharp Oled monitor, so I wanted it fixed.
I did all my work on my main PC and then would publish on a different device.
I know all of this info may not help, but if you have any other device that you can use Creaotor or Creator Pro on, try publishing from that device, if you can, until it gets fixed for you.

Well… forget what I said recently. Now I can’t publish live on any device. Sigh.
Getting emails saying the face is live, but not on my devices. And I can’t sync to my watch at all.

I think someone there at Facer that messes with the editor (the programing part of it) screwed something up.

You are probably right about that. Hopefully they will get things working soon. @Facer_Official

I juat wish they would test it on beta before releasing it to everyone!

As of Tuesday 12-9-25, things are up and publising again. I received an email saying there was a known issue over the last weekend. I am very grateful Facer is working on things to get us up and running again. -Beth
