thank you once again, I tried what you exemplified, it turned out quite well, but it’s still up to what you did. Thank you. Below I gave the examples that I made

I think I’m doing something wrong with Gaussian blur in photoshop and illustrator

In the end I had to set the opacity at the tips of the clock hands very low, almost to 50%.
Anyway it’s a start. Thank you for your help
