Hello everyone, I’m Philippe, I’m 48 years old, I’m a beginner in French (sorry for the translation, thanks Google). I’m technician informatic and graphic designer for 15 years. I’ve been doing Twitch live streams on video games, 3D printing, and I’m president of an association for video game competitions, and recently on manga and anime events. I’m a big fan, and since I like watches, I thought why not create dials in Photoshop and put them on my watches? That’s how I discovered Facer. Hello again, a big hello to the community.
Hey @fifilou40 Welcome . You will Enjoy the Community and Facer . Just don’t buy a New Watch .

Welcome to the community!
Thank you, but how do I know if there is a copyright? I create my own dial needles, apart from the images. Is there a topic that talks about this or should I search on Google first? Thank you.
Any Platform that is open for people to be Creative expects creators to be original . But of course they have to accept Fan Art and some level of Representation . Then we get PEDRO .
Bienvenue a Facer Filou
I think most all of us have had watch face taken down. Even merely due to a spelling mistake. One of my watch faces had nothing to do with the watch industry, but I named it M-Power, a BMW sub brand. And it was taken down a year after publishing when I updated it.
So be generic as possible in your descriptions and check the list of banned words.
I have a series of watch faces where I have asked the creator if I may use his idea to make a Facer version. I have mentioned creator, see the Crypto series.
For another series, I actually reached out to the owners, and they said I may not use the brand name in any way. I said it is merely for fan purposes and that I do not sell nor make any money with those watch faces. I even put a disclaimer in the descriptions. Check the Astor and the MACH5 series. But I guess if they do not like the free publicity, they could ask to remove the watch faces.
