FYI - just lowered the minimum post length to 5 characters - from now on “Woot!” should be sufficient.

The only challenge on the 11,12,1 mask is that it crosses the 0:00 (12:00) boundary. So I would just work oppositely in the negative space. If the time is greater than 1:00 && the time is less than 11:00 then 100% otherwise always off 0%

OK, could rethink the position of the items so they cover 2, 3, 4 and on the opposite side 8, 9 and 10
sure that would be easier
