Hi,

This usually happens when the font is not fully supported or properly loaded on the device even though it shows correctly in the editor.

Please try:

  • Re-uploading or re-importing the fat-lcd-font file
  • Checking if the font format is compatible with GW5PRO
  • Clearing cache / rebuilding the project
  • Testing with a simplified version of the face

This is similar to how tools like an Online Grade Converter process inputs correctly in the system but may still show different behavior depending on the environment.

Sometimes the editor preview works, but the watch rejects the font due to device limitations or packaging issues.
