My wife tried to swap the face on her watch to her winter one . She was confronted with this . It is obviously a Complete Con . And she nearly singend up to some supposed security Scam . Her previous Companion app was 7.0.68 . I uninstalled it and reinstalled it an it is now 7.0 .78 . However when it came to instaling the Face I got the same Phishing Scam . Facer must do somthing about this . They will get a Bad Reputation .

Ha Ha . Thank you my Dear Friend . My wife said they were asking for money to scan the Phone . So I did not want to click further . I suspect that is the sort of Scam you get If you don’t pay for Facer Plus to Kill Advertising . That is always somthing I am prepared to pay for . I guess the office of the L.A. Post is just down the road from Venice Beach . May be Marvin can spot it from the window of Facers Office .

I have a suspicion that it has nothing to do with Facer, but it’s malware that has infected the phone and being activated by all other new apps. It might be that you have to wipe the phone and do a full factory reset to get rid of the invader.
