I made a face with a UTC (GMT) hand. I used the same formula for rotation that is working in past faces.
((#DUH#)*15)
It works correctly in Creator, but stays at 0 in View. Note that View does not show the arrows for normal, fast, and fastest preview animation. It does not work on my watch with the latest WearOS version.
I can not Edit this face. It does not load in multiple browsers, cleaned out cache or not.
Must be something new? I check a face with a GMT hand made two months ago and it works properly in the View screen.
Indeed, I think that’s the only way to do it in WFS. In fact, I used that for the WFF version that does work. I was just trying to use the nice expression provided.
Actually, I may have added the GMT hand as an hour hand and used timezone Dakar GMT+0
(Why Samsung can’t be bothered to make a UTC timezone I have no idea.)
One more time then. It’s not a terribly complex face.
Used the standard formula since it was almost what I was after. Didn’t trust saving it as just a draft, so I published it. Same issue with View, no advance arrow. Display behaves like an uploaded .aab file does.
A couple days ago Facer was not recognizing `$(accelerometerRawY())>8.0?100:0$` and then yesterday it started to work again. There must be a lot of changes going on the back end of Facer that we don’t know about.
@tudza That ((#DUH#)*15) for hand rotation does not work on my watch #DUH# Shows fine and the DNOW one shows fine . Like text box not taking multiple Conditionals . Shame .
Since this is showing up in newly made faces, given one I posted on the 21st of this month (Sept) is working normally, I’m assuming the Facer folk are working on things.
Does not show up in past faces, does not show up in Creator, so the part where creator input is compiled into the final watch face to be posted for general view and downloading?
Since there is ample proof it’s not just me, I’ll sit back and wait for the dust to settle.
