I interpreted it as putting a āmake publicā on/off switch in a convenient place.

Iāve checked, and all my WFs also show the words āauthor onlyā and the padlock icon. What does that mean? Does it mean Iām the only one who can use them? I checked again using a partnerās WFs, and that text isnāt there.
That box is only visible to the Author of the watch and shows the current status of the watchface on Facer Platform. Other userās will not see that status box.
