I have my design in Watchmaker but I like Facer better. It has several tap actions to change display and present a different face that contains information such as calendar events and weather forecast. I can switch timezones and launch a Gear application.
I would want this too.
(Correct my other watch’s users if I’m wrong).
Currently (unavailable) used tap gestures:
- 3x tap - open faces menu
- long press - changes used face program
- top to bottom shift - opening watch settings
- right to left - opening apps menu
That gives us available:
- one tap (in general, or in different places)
- two tap (less likely - even I don’t want this)
- bottom to top
- left to right

Facer definitely lacks any advanced features like taps and toggles.
I’m not too fond of single tap shortcuts tho but I would really like a double tap to swap temporary my face for a second face with more information (like weather forecast).[quote=“Mellin, post:2, topic:3627”]
