My watch has been designed for over a month and I still cannot search for it?

Do you have a yellow globe and “LIVE” next to your watchface on Facer - Thousands of FREE watch faces for Apple Watch, Samsung Gear S3, Huawei Watch, and more ?
If not and last time it was edited was truly over a month ago then you will need a stuff member to look into that.

It should show up after a week.
Maybe dim mode is not working properly and facer did not approved it?

Mike,
This happens to me maybe 20% of the time. Just post to support and ask them to index your watch. You may have to bump them occasionally too. Here’s my last one:
