New to Facer. I want to create a watchface that uses a trademark of the company I work for. I want to put these faces on the marketplace. What channel’s do I need to go through so I can legally sell these on Facer marketplace?
I believe as long as you have some written permission from the company to use the trademark and @Facer_Official is aware of it then I wouldn’t see an issue. You won’t be able to sell the designs for money either as you are not a premium designer yet. Only premium designers can sell faces for money. Hopefully others and facer will chime in with more info though.
