I bought the SW Analog Explorer watch face and there are two problems. First, when I try to customize the color to match my clothing the watch face on the app changes to the appropriate color, but when I sync to the watch the color is the original color that came with the watch face.Secondly, the watch face times out even though I have set the watch to always be on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue on my Gear3 Fronteir. I have tried it on two different faces. No matter what color I select, it doesn’t transfer that color to my watch.
