Facer and Casio WSD F20 syncing problems

I have been unable to sync watchfaces selected from the iOS app to my Google Wear-based Casio. The two are connected, but the “loading watchface” goes on and on, often restarting but never finishing. The only thing I seem to be able to get synced is the daily mix.

Any idea on what I’m missing? If someone would confirm the steps and/or settings to go with, I’d appreciate the help.

Well, when in doubt, do what the IT folks always say - try restarting it. After restarting both the watch and the phone, it synced just fine and everything, except for the weather, is working.
