Can’t download the facer companion for gear s2 and s3 saying FAILED_GET_DOWNLOAD_URL/4002
The sync button in my app is constantly red. It takes several attempts at restarting phone and watch to get the button to turn blue. I thought it was due to my watch being connected to my tablet, but even away from the tablet, it still remains red. Galaxy S7 and Gear S3
Have tried everything and nothing has worked
Downloads for me but wont install on my S3
