Facer watch Face freezes on gear s3 After tizen 4 update

After I have updated my Gear S3 to tizen 4 the facer App on the watch freezes. I can change watchfaces and they are working n the App. But After I have Started another App on the watch and Return to the watchface it is freezed to the last Time etc. After Quitting the App for a Galaxy watch and the Return to facer, everything is Fine Again until the Next App launch.

Is this a Known issue?
