How do I make a text only face?

I would like to make a face that shows the time in text (i.e. says Nine Forty Two instead of 9:42)
I want one similar to jerryk - Read Only Watch (12HR) - watch face for Apple Watch, Samsung Gear S3, Huawei Watch, and more - Facer
