Lost Favorite watch faces

I cannot retrieve favorites from my watch box. They disappeared after update. I am logged in. Help!!

Hi! Can you send us an note to facer@little-labs.com with the email address associated to your Facer account? We’ll look into it!
Also, are you missing the faces in “Favorites” or in “Purchased”?
