I have a Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch Active. Sometimes it receives texts and sometimes not. I always have my phone with me so it can’t be that it is too far away. Does anyone have any idea why?

Sorry no. I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch and I always get my texts. Have you tried asking on the Samsung support site?

Last night, my husband looked at the Samsung Wearable app and there was something that was not turned on. Now that it is turned on, I have not had any problem in the last 24 hours. Thanks.
