Step Counter / Battery Percentage not working

Hi, new designer and have had 1 person tell me that the steps don’t work and another tell me that the battery doesn’t work. This is only on 1 of my watch faces. I have already deleted both proponents and re-added them, but apparently they still don’t work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

  1. give us links to them (don’t forget to enable inspection mode)

  2. I do know that step counter doesn’t work fully on some watches (if I remember correctly it’s mostly Gears, but someone please correct me on it)

  3. I don’t recall hearing about a problem with battery indicators (again, please give us some links and again somebody correct me here)

I’ve been having the same issue with my watchfaces. This appears to be fairly recent, around the same time as the latest round of updates.
