Hey ive been having issues downloading new watch faces from the app. The current situation is that the app is not synchronize to my watch and i dont know why. any help would be appreciated
Hi @kris_walk89, if you send a description of your problem to facer-support@little-labs.com, they should be able to help you out. Make sure you include:
- The model & OS version (if you have it) of your phone
- The model & OS version (if you have it) of your watch
- Description of what’s happening, and when it started
If you have any trouble finding the OS version they should be able to help you with that as well!
