Unable to download new watch faces

Hey ive been having issues downloading new watch faces from the app. The current situation is that the app is not synchronize to my watch and i dont know why. any help would be appreciated

Hi @kris_walk89, if you send a description of your problem to facer-support@little-labs.com, they should be able to help you out. Make sure you include:

  • The model & OS version (if you have it) of your phone
  • The model & OS version (if you have it) of your watch
  • Description of what’s happening, and when it started

If you have any trouble finding the OS version they should be able to help you with that as well!
