[WatchFace] Copyright!?! SM - The 'Fake'

It’s a parody watch but completely original and Facer will not allow me to publish this watch…

Well, i can understand that they are very triggerhappy these days. The swiss watch association isn‘t very amused by all the smart watch clones and they already went to court against samsung.

Perhaps the automatic system is reacting to the crown - it is quite close to the Rolex trademark crown.

My suggestion is to avoid logos and names that are close to registered trademarks and brands; better to be safe that risk getting suspended for repeated infringements. :frowning:

I altered the crown considerably by blasting my name over it. I wonder if it scans each image/element individually?

Apparently Facer DID NOT as it has vanished completely from my account :joy:

It’s not original if there are elements that are very close to a name brand, and those are. Trying to imitate and/or parody will only work against you. That is true of everything - not only watches.

Change it to a Jesters hat
