I paid for a few watch faces I liked but they dont show up as available on my phone, is there a step that I’m missing?
Are those faces still available on the site ?
I,m sure you do have the right apps installed (on watch and phone) and with the same account as you used to buy the face…
For Samsung (Tizen) you need an app on the phone AND on the watch… not sure about wear OS…
@ebergg I’m sure they are there…especially if you paid for them…maybe someone @facer_official will be able to help…or maybe send a message to one of the designers of the face you purchased…the faces are there…
In the meantime you can go to the app on your phone and open it …click on the Heart below…then click on purchases above…the faces should be in that list
