24 hour analog face with 12 at the top

I’m trying to find tags that support a 24 hour analog face with 12 at the top and 24 at the bottom.

I can only find three tags thats handles the hour arm for 24 hour analog faces:
#DhoTb# Value for Hour Rotation (24 hour) (0-345 with intervals of 15) - Locked to hour??
#DWFH# Value for Hour Rotation (24 hour) (0-345 with intervals of 15) - Locked to hour??
#DWFHS# Smooth Value for Hour Rotation (24 hour) (0-359.75 with 0.25 parts)

But they are all for military style with 12 at the bottom. It’s over 40 years since I did military service, so I don’t have any use of that.

So is it possible to in some way to create 24 hour analog face with 12 at the top (normal style)??

Hello and welcome to the community! Create a 24 hr. dial with 0 at the bottom and then create a hand and use this in the rotation field:

(#DWFHS#+180)
