3 year old face suddenly not displaying date

This watchface https://www.facer.io/watchface/bOODKijAbA?watchModel=ticwatchexpress has worked without issue for the last 3 years.
Today I received a notification that the date isn’t showing up. I verified the problem exists on my Samsung Watch 4 and my watch matches the picture provided by my commenter. The Facer Creator design screen shows the date properly. Moving it up and down in layers and making slight modifications make no difference.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

You will have to open inspection so anyone trying to help you can see what you have done already. Otherwise no one will be able to help you at all.

@leonemnuke The syntax rules have changed recently . I have found many errors in my earlier stuff . They were fine before . As MAG has suggested Open it and show us . I can tell you the problem is probably an extra ) . :joy: :+1:

I’m not using any special syntax. Just #DdL# and formatting.
As a test I tried #Dd# to take away the leading zero and that works.
For now, I’m just going to go with that, but would love to know why the first one isn’t working (it is the same exact coding I have used on several other faces and they all work properly)
I have opened the design for inspection.

I looked at it looking at the date. The first thing that I saw was you have the fixed width box checked. If that box is too small it will cause the date to either not show or show partly with 3 dots (…) behind it. WearOS watches tend to be very picky about that and it has bitten me in the behind a few times in the past. I try to make it a habit of unchecking the Fixed Width box to prevent issues. I also do that in any element that has that check box. As far as the #DdL# vs #Dd# I’ve been using the leading zero version and still do without any issues so far.

Thanks for the suggestion. That seems to have fixed it.

Well spotted. I did not see it. But yes, fell into that trap more than once!
