8 Images travelling in a straight line

Had some help to achieve this effect.
There are 8 images all individually travelling in straight lines across the display and back, creating the illusion that they’re rotating around in a circular formation.

The subject line, on the other hand, the clown in me sees as the first line of a joke!
8 images travelling in a straight line. First image says to the others "hey are you guys going off on a tangent again?!"
(almost like a “walks into a bar” joke!)
