Looks pretty cool to me, nicely done.
My thoughts: I would flip the image you’ve used for the main central fan like animation horizontally, only because I think the Blades are facing the wrong way for the anti-clockwise rotation. I would also add it as a non rotating image to the Dim display instead of the rotating one, mainly because on the Dim Display any animations do not work.
Nice work though, although I’m not a fan of Bezels, but that’s only because my Watch has a nice one anyway.
