I can direct message when I tap on the person’s logo and tap ‘message’ - what is coming up when you try? It’s usually the preference if your message is only directed to one person.
If you were trying to message me, I do not have that unticked. I did not even know the setting is there. As I mentioned the other day, I had trouble logging in a while back and still cannot log in unless I log in at Creator first. There is something messed up with my account. I’m waiting on a reply to my follow-up support ticket asking why the lounge and login disappeared.
