I’m just wondering when the ticwatch e3 will be available for your watch faces. I have a year subscription and can’t use it.
Have you looked for the Facer App in your Play Store or Apple Store?
The Ticwatch e3 is Googles Wear OS which as far as I’m aware is compatible with Facer

The only real difference between the E2 and the E3 software wise is the fact that the E3 uses the Qualcomm 4100 chip instead of the 3100. You should be able to select the E2 or the Pro 3 and it should run just fine.

My Ticwatch E3 doesn’t let me install the app, it says the device it’s not compatible with that version 
Hi, you have replied to a five-year-old discussion. Have your watch and phone software been kept updated? Is your watch running WearOS 6 yet? Google stopped updating the older operating system so that all compatible watches will run WearOS 6.

Have just run in to this same problem.
Have ticwatch atlas which isnt charging so its going back for a refund. I fired up an old ticwatch pro 3 to discover facer and watchmaker are no longer compatible?!? Now discover that the google updates restricts faces to wear os 6+??? This seems ridiculous. Anyone with tickwatch is buggered, as mobvoi have stopped manufacturing watches and there have been no updates since wear os 4.
In looking for a new watch and wear os versions I find there are currently only 2 manufacturers (google and samsung) that currently have wear os 6+ rolled out for their watches!!! 2!!! This is ridiculous, every other type of watch no longer works with these watch face apps!!
Where can I get my premium sub refunded?!

I believe refunds can be issued by Google if you find the correct accounting department. While you are at it, let them know that you are unhappy with their attempt to move forward with technology. Others in this community may be more knowledgeable about the process for obtaining a refund.

I thought only the wearOS higher than 4 caused problem. Or is the problem that even Facer does not provide app for older OS anymore?

According to my Facer app, Facer supports Tizen, VEE Wear, WearOS and WearOS6 watches generically. On an old Ticwatch pro 3 I would just select the generic WearOS and it should run fine.

Is that image from the phone side? What about the watch side? I guess the matching companion face has to be downloaded from play store too.
For Tizen you can not download watchface, unless you had it installed previously from galaxy store.

That is a screenshot of my phone’s Facer app. But once it is selected it should in the settings still give you the option to download the Facer companion app off of Google Play.
