I came here because the responses to my support ticket were not helpful. If they’re going to suggest going to Manage Account they ought to maybe check an see what’s available on that page given they didn’t seem to know.
Going to email them back and close the ticket.
I count “Check your Google Play account” as a useful answer.
The response that you received sounds like an automated response. When you reply to that email, let them know that it does not answer your question. I’ve had to do that to get it passed what seems to be Tier 1 automated replies.
Oh yes, I looked there before anything. I get this:
I’m subscribed, sure, but for how long? Clicking on the pencil gets you that go to Google Play App message at the bottom. The Google Play App for Facer has nothing.
Checking my Google Pay account at least tells me when I paid and when I will have to pay again.
