After upgrading, everytime i go to download it says my watch is incompatible

I didn’t have a problem before upgrading. I’ve uninstalled the app on my phone and watch several times. I have a galaxy active 2, which says it’s compatible. I’ve done everything on youtube and researched it. I hope to hear back soon.
