I buy the AIKON Chronograph from Maurice Lacroix and the second hand not working, just freezing

The second hand on the AIKON is actually the small hand at the bottom of the face: Maurice Lacroix - AIKON Chronograph - watch face for Apple Watch, Samsung Gear S3, Huawei Watch, and more - Facer
The big hand shows the seconds when the stopwatch is activated.
The same applies to my maurice lacloix AIKON.
The second hand sub-dial at the bottom of the clock screen remains stopped and the clock display also stops.
