It looks like a nice design in my opinion, but you do need to uncheck the Fixed Width text box so the Heart Rate would fit in better, and I personally don’t think the Digital Font for your smaller Hour Bezel works at all, it looks very faint.
Just my own thoughts and observations, we all have different likes, and you’re doing quite well, so keep up the good work.
P.S. Don’t forget to check out the Resources section here in the Community, where you’ll find loads of useful stuff, including Bezels

As I said to you yesterday on your other post, the hands need to be the top most layers.

I am neither expert or a SENIOR designer - I am only a user. It’s best not to have too many fonts on a watch - you have at least 3, the font you have used for the numbers are not suitable for this type of design - the split numbers only distract. I wouldn’t use LCD numbers on a complication and to me it looks like the hands on the complications are off centre. I think that you could find more suitable hands for your watch in the resources section. The heart icon is on top of the watch hands.
On the positive side I can see that you are thinking about your design and it is your watch to enjoy - so enjoy watch making. You will get help here if you get stuck and I suggest that you read all the posts here as most questions have already been answered.

Like others already suggested, use at least some nicer hands than those default ones, or it wont stand to its name “luxury”.

You can find nice metallic type hands on the resources that will look cool on you watch face. Look for @safesz for example. He has uploaded nice hands.
And if I may suggest, the red is a bit too bright, also the black. I would use more gray tones. That will make it look more noble.
